Review – “German Cancer Breakthrough”

German Cancer ClinicsDid you know that Germany is one of the top spots in the world to get natural and alternative cancer treatments?  There are some very effective, cutting-edge treatments that are only offered at certain clinics in Germany.

If you are interested in being treated at a cancer clinic in Germany, then “German Cancer Breakthrough” is the book you need.   Six different German Cancer Clinics are reviewed in depth, including interviews with the doctors and past and current patients.   Each clinic is in a different city in Germany (one is in Austria), so the authors tell you where to fly into and how to get to the clinics, and describe the amenities available to patients and families.

Contact information for each clinic is included, including telephone numbers, email addresses and contact names.  The cost per day or week is also given for each clinic (current at the time the book was written.  And there is a short chapter at the end of the book that gives a very helpful German resource you can contact if you need help deciding clinic would be the best for you.

Now you might be thinking that you do not speak German and would be lost in Germany.   This is one of the things I really like about this book, each of the clinics recommended in “German Cancer Breakthrough” has a staff that speaks fluent English, and they are used to dealing with patients from all over the world.  In fact, the author mentions that there were several other excellent clinics that were left out of the book because they did not have an English-speaking staff.

My recommendation is, if you are interested in the very effective natural cancer treatments that are only available in Germany, then you will love “German Cancer Breakthrough”.  By the time you finish reading this book you will feel confident enough to pack your bags and go to Germany.

Review – “Cancer Breakthrough USA”

Books about Natural Cancer Cures are usually full of very specific information about the good cancer cures that are available today, many that you can administer at home. The problem is, a lot of people would feel better about being treated with both natural cancer treatments and also conventional cancer treatments, and they would prefer to be treated by a doctor at a clinic or facility. If that is you and you are in the USA, then you will absolutely love the information that  “Cancer Breakthrough USA” provides about sixteen different American clinics that use natural cancer treatments and in many cases also conventional cancer treatments.

“Cancer Breakthrough USA” was written by Frank Cousineau and Andrew Scholberg, and it gives you a lot of interesting background information about very successful American doctors and clinics that treat patients with natural cancer treatments. Eight different doctors and clinics are discussed in great detail, including testimonials from patients, and another eight doctors are also recommended as excellent choices.  Addresses and contact information are given for all sixteen clinics.

I have to say that I really enjoy reading the stories about the eight profiled doctors and clinics, and love hearing the testimonials from former patients. But I wish the authors could have given at least a little profile or some details on the other recommended clinics, too. Maybe that’s being a bit picky, but I would rather have a little less information about the first eight if it would mean getting a little more information on the last eight.

At any rate, if you are in the USA and want to be treated by highly recommended physicians who in many cases use both conventional and natural cancer treatments, you know how incredibly difficult it is to find any  information on the doctors or the clinics.  And even worse, it’s hard to know if the information you dig up is reliable.    “Cancer Breakthrough USA“ gives you sixteen different doctors and clinics in the USA that are highly recommended and very successful at treating cancer. Buy it, it’s a treasure trove of information and will save you hours of searching.

Review – “Cancer Defeated”

If you are interested in travelling to Mexico for their natural cancer cures, then you need
“Cancer Defeated
“.  It was written by Frank Cousineau, who has been researching and writing in the natural cancer treatment field for many years.  Even better, Frank Cousineau has been arranging and leading tours of Mexican Cancer Clinics for many years.  He personally knows many of the leading Mexican doctors and clinics, and takes tour groups to Tijuana, where many of the clinics are located, so that people can see the facilities and talk to the doctors and nurses.

“Cancer Defeated” is actually based on one of Frank’s tours — it  has in-depth interviews with three different doctors at three different clinics, including where to go, contact information for the clinics, and even mentions hotels on both sides of the border that have special rates and shuttle service to the clinics.   And then it goes on to recommend even more clinics, giving the names of the doctors involved and the clinic name, address and contact information.

Other chapters include interviews from former patients and a discussion of Laetrile, which is used extensively in Mexican cancer treatments.   And the last chapter gives contact information for Frank Cousineau for anyone who would like a personal consultation with him, plus gives information on how to sign up for one of his Mexican Cancer Clinic tours.

I like “Cancer Defeated“ because even though it is a short book, it delivers a lot of very specific information on Mexican Cancer Clinics.  What I don’t like about the book is, it is too short, I wish the author had given us more information and interviews on each of  the clinics that he recommends.  Still, at $19.95 this book is a great buy.  If you are interested in going to Mexico for treatment, this book is one you want to purchase.

Review – “Cancer Confidential”

Cancer Confidential” is a  book about natural cancer cures that was written by Professor Keith Scott-Mumby, MD, MB ChB, PhD. Professor Scott-Mumby is a well-known British alternative medical writer and researcher who spent nearly 40 years as a practising physician.

I really like the way Professor Scott-Mumby uses his medical training and experience to make this a very interesting and very usable book, he tells you from his actual experience with patients, what works well, what doesn’t, and why. And he explains the science behind the natural cancer cures so that it is understandable.

Cancer Confidential” is a large (200+ pages) book that goes into many different alternative and natural cancer therapies, many that you can administer at home, and also quite a few that are administered at clinics by physicians. Information on where to buy the required ingredients and how to take them are given for each do-it-yourself treatment. Contact information is also given for each therapy that must be administered by a physician or in a specialized clinic. And again, the professor gives his assessment of each natural cancer treatment, including whether or not he feels it is worth trying.

”Cancer Confidential” is my personal favorite book on natural cancer cures because of the large number of natural cancer therapies it covers that are not mentioned in any other cancer books, and for the personal comments and recommendations that are made. I like the way the Professor writes, the book is an easy and enjoyable read and the science behind each treatment is very well explained, but if you want to gloss over the science you will still understand the treatment.

What do I not like about this book?  There is a little too much science included for me, so I tend to gloss over some of it.  But many people will love the explanations of the science behind the treatments.   ”Cancer Confidential” keeps you interested, it’s a good read and I definitely recommend it, because there is a lot of information in this book that you simply will not find anywhere else.  And sign up for the Professor’s free newsletter, it is very good, too.

Review – “Cancer Free – Beating Cancer Gently”

“Cancer Free – Beating Cancer Gently” is a book on Natural Cancer Cures that was written by Bill Henderson, one of the best known and most respected natural cancer treatment researchers working in the field. This book is almost an encyclopedia of natural and alternative cancer cures available today.

Cancer Free” concentrates heavily on therapies that you can use yourself, without having to go to specialized clinics for treatment. It covers a huge number of natural cancer therapies, so that you can decide which sounds best for your individual lifestyle and problem. You will find all the background information you need on how and why the treatments work, along with information on what to do, what to take, and where to find the materials and supplements required for each cancer therapy.

What do I like about this book?   Bill  includes a chapter that tells you exactly what he personally would do if he was diagnosed with cancer, which I find very helpful. And he has a great web site with lots of useful information and recommendations, along with a free newsletter to help everyone stay up-to-date on the latest findings in the natural and alternative cancer cures field.

What do I not like?  It’s a very long book, and it tends to focus on nutritional factors and diets a bit too much for my taste.  Still, if you can only afford one cancer book, “Cancer Free – Beating Cancer Gently” is the book I recommend you buy. This is the book to read first if you are looking for an alternative or natural cancer treatment, no matter what type of cancer you have. It’s very affordable and is so full of well-researched information that you might not feel the need for any other books.

Review – “Natural Cancer Remedies That Work”

“Natural Cancer Remedies That Work” is a cancer book that gives you quite a few good recommendations of alternative or natural cancer cures. It was written by Morton Walker, DPM, and is one of my favorite cancer books.

You will find “Natural Cancer Remedies That Work” to be very interesting and very readable, in fact you may find yourself reading it all in one sitting. There is plenty of background information on the treatments that are discussed and how and why they work, but what I love about this book is it’s so well written that a layperson can easily understand the science.

Natural Cancer Remedies That Work” gives you contact (ordering) information including phone numbers and addresses of sources for the ingredients used in the treatments that you can do at home. It also gives you contact information for recommended alternative cancer clinics for some treatments that you cannot administer yourself.

What do I like about this book?  The mix of treatments that can be self-administered versus treatments that are performed at specialized clinics is one of the nice things about this book, because it really gives you an idea of the range of options that are available. You can read and understand how each treatment is administered and how it works, then pick and choose what feels right for you and your own lifestyle and personal situation.

What do I not like about this book?  I wish it was a little longer and discussed just a few more treatments.  Dr. Walker writes and explains so well that you do not want the book to end.  If you want  understandable science and good information on alternative and natural cancer treatments, “Natural Cancer Remedies That Work” is a great choice. It’s very affordable, and it’s even enjoyable to read! Highly recommended.
